Please fix this, having a client portal is crucial. Currently we have been told we cant use it AND have ACH on at the same time.. I dont even know what it looks like or consists of.
We have to have a place for clients to log in and see all open estimates, sign and approve open estimates, See open and unpaid invoices, pay invoices in bulk, etc.
This plus not having a way to have multiple Contacts receive estimates and invoices (commercial clients this is a necessity) is a huge issue, and I already foresee that the client portal wont be able to allow multiple email addresses (multiple contacts) per client log into it is a huge problem for anyone with commercial clientele.
These few things listed above are deal breakers if they are long term issues for anyone that does more than 10% of their revenue in commercial clientele, and for us its more like 50%+.
We are still paying for our old CRM and using both CRMs right now because we are committed to switching but literally Can Not cancel it until this becomes more commercial client friendly.
