  1. Would like text messages to show customer name whether it is primary or secondary
  2. Identify Primary and Secondary with a Name Box. We never use the EXT box but I cannot put letters in it. If we could just open the EXT box to allow letters then I could ID whos sending what, or whos is whos.
  3. Gate or Door Lock Access Admin can see but is limited to only the technician assigned to a submitted job. Once job is closed the codes would not be shown.
  4. Ability to create a client without the NEED of an email. This can be frustrating to just the person into the system.
