We are an appliance repair service company with a Workiz web integration (questionnaire) on our website that clients can fill out to request service. This information can then be easily converted into a new job or lead.

However, clients are currently only able to submit text! This is problematic because descriptions are often not very helpful. and some requests require visual data (model/serial numbers, damage, etc.).

We need clients to have the ability to upload photos ASAP! This would significantly help us better serve our clients, resulting in more profit!

The uploaded photos should then be added as attachments when the job or lead is created.
