When you make a change to a Service Plan it does not affect the service plan when it renews. There should be an option to implement that change on the renewal. For instance when you change the price the new price does not apply to plans that are already in effect. You have to take them off renewal and then restart the Service Plan. This makes for even more expired or canceled plans on the Clients page.
