We are having issues with "Cc on File" for the Parent Client. There's no option in the dropdown menu of the desktop version and also, it's not functioning properly on the mobile app. Something is wrong here. For example, we want to charge the Plumbing Contractor (who has a card on file as the Parent Client) where we visited the homeowner's property (Sub Client).

Another example, a Property Management Group (Parent Client with a card on file) where we visited an apartment unit (Sub Client).

Another example, an Insurance Carrier (Parent Client) where an adjuster (Sub Client) sends us a job assignment where we visited the insured's property (Sub Sub Client).

Anyway, there a numerous circumstances for this and the Workiz system is not coded properly to utilize the "Charge the Card on File" for a Parent Client via Desktop or Mobile App.
