Can refunds be separate than payouts?

Anytime we refund a customer, it always causes a problem when matching in QBO. Can we please make it pull the refund from the bank account connected instead of taking it from payout $? This would make it tons simpler and allow a match on QBO side

When a refund gets attached to a payout with other transactions, it makes it incredibly difficult to categorize this easily in quickbooks with the sync in place.

The refund needs to be linked to Undeposited Funds in QBO. Then when the deposit was transferred to the bank feed, it would show up.
Currently, I have have to find each refund in QBO and change the account to Undeposited Funds.
Then I have no problems matching from the QBO bank feed.
