PLEASE ADD AN AUTOMATION FEATURE.
A TECHNITIAN OR OTHER EMPLOYE SHOULD BE WARNED WHEN THE PHONE CALL THEY ARE RECEIVING HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THEM.
IT COULD BE A TAG OR A WISPER OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT WOULD WARN THEM.
JUST TO MAKE SURE ITS IMPORTANT FOR THEM NOT TO MISS THAT PHONE CALL OR ATLEAST FOR THEM TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE TO GET BACK TO THAT CLIENT.
