Bounced calls vs missed calls

When a call does not actually ring for any person and the caller hangs up before anyone could have answered, I think there should be a different status like "bounced" rather than "missed." Missed to me means it rang and I did not answer the call.

Yes!! !! This is super frustrating. I end up thinking I've been five calls and really it's just spam. There has to be a better way.

Agree with this. There’s a lot of spam calls so we know the statistics at the top is not right just because a lot of bots call and hang up right away.
