If a user is accessing the booking screen from their phone the page displays with two scroll bars. One for the main page and one for the booking page layered on top. When a user goes to scroll down on the booking page, depending on where their finger lands, the items to book page may not scroll and the customer does not see that those services are available. I've had customers say, that they didn't realize we offered those services because the booking link didn't show it to them.
