Bonuses and Expenses Tracking - Not Job Related

It would be nice if we had an option to track bonuses we pay our technicians throughout throughout the year that are not job related.
for example a tech got a good review and we want to pay him a bonus, but job was done 2 weeks ago and he been paid for it - we need the ability to add a line item on his report BONUS with a custom amount

I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to track this for my first technician as well! We are paperless and Google sheets is cumbersome on a mobile device for technicians to stop and write down what their spiffs were from each job. Also, they won’t know they received a review from a customer until after the job has been completed to track it on their own anyway. (More admin work)
If we had an option to add a spiff section with ability to label each spiff, the amount of $ per spiff and quantity of spiffs in a certain time period like each quarter or monthly for payout that would be very helpful! To run the reports for it is a must!
