BLOCKING FIELD TECHS FROM ADDING NEW ITEMS

When technician is closing the job through the app and adds job items if there's a typo or they can't find the item (even though it's in the inventory) they will add on their own, better to have an option to have a permission of who can add new Items.

the technicians should only be able to select items from the already made price book. there is no reason for a technician to have the ability to add a new item to the price book catalog. this should be a toggle permission.

This is a must. My techs have no need to add items to the job, the sales rep or estimator will do that for them.
