I see that we can make custom reports, although it does not allow us "all data". Most recently i've been messing around with the reporting in 'activity' reports, and there is no way to add any custom reports on activity to a custom report. Also in activity reporting, it does not show when a user views a report or job. I fee like this should be more in depth, as to know who looks at what and exactly what is changed on what job.

idan kadosh does this mean just this specific request is complete? Hoping for additional updates in reports & want to make sure it's still planned

idan kadosh Yea it doesnt feel as if the activity report is updated as requested. There is AI reporting i see, but not a replacement for some things left out from the activity report

idan kadosh Also exporting call reports doesn't show tags on the calls nor who put them on each one. This is far from comlpete.

Please help us out in these reports Workiz. You know they're terrible. We can't even run a real report based on client in a CRM.

It would be great if a report was created for service plans/memberships. I have played around with trying to create it but I think there are some fields that are left out of the options so it makes it hard to create.

I have been asking for better reports, specifically being able to view charts by month over time or any meaningful aging reports for years. Even an integration with another reporting platform like crystal would be better than nothing, and it seems to fall on deaf ears. I even went as far as creating some custom charts using Workiz data exports and pivot tables, and sent them to Workiz. They told me years ago they would like me to help consult with them on new reporting styles, but so far nothing. Very frustrating!
