I have clients who are a business to business clients and they are actively complaining the invoices have someone's name on them instead of just the business. I need a way to structure the client information in a more customizable way per client.

You can actually do this already. Go into your setting and make the first and last name field "not mandatory". Then for your B2B clients, only set them up under the business name. We have many B2B client and this works perfectly.

Lucas Solomon That only applies to jobs, not the customer/client record. We need that option for customer record as well.
