I can currently set an automation for when an estimate is created, sent, approved, won, or declined. It would be nice to be able to include when the estimate is archived. Or just a generic option of when the status changes.

I would love to be able to have an automation that will change the status when an estimate is sent. Not just send an email.

What other statuses would be beneficial for you and why?

Natalie Barazany: Could you add the status of "Archived" as an option? Then I could know without searching. The current automation format works other than I cannot select "Archived".
