Automatically distribute calls randomly

This is the most critical missing feature of the phone feature. Along with auto-answer (so that a user cannot choose to not answer a call, for instance). Options that would be good are:
1) Round robin among specific users in a call flow (so that it will work through the order for even call distribution
2) Weighted round robin among specific users in a call flow (so that if Person A is available it will route to them first, then on to B and C and so on
