It would be amazing if it were possible to set up automations so that when a technician sends an ETA text to a customer, the job status automatically changes to “In Progress,” and when the technician stops their time on the job, the status automatically updates to “Done.” This would streamline the process so technicians don’t have to manually send the ETA text, start their time, update the status, then stop their time and add notes. It would all stay in sync automatically.
