Automated Review Follow-Up – Customizable by Custom Field, Location, and Technician

I would like to automate a process that we are currently doing manually.
The automation should work as follows:
A text message or email (or both) should be sent to the customer with a review request two days after the job is completed. Importantly, this message should be sent only to customers who have the custom field "send review" checked — so we can decide who should receive a review request and who should be excluded.
We have several locations (with separate Google,Facebook profiles for each), so the review links in the message should be relevant to the customer’s location. Each technician is working in specific Location so the location can be defined under technician.
It would also be great if we had the option to include a picture of the technician who completed the job in the review request.

Is this something that is currently possible, or could be possible in the future with Workiz?
