Automated messages when certain TAG is used

The ability to send out an automated SMS/Email to a tech and/or Customer when a Tag is added to the Job.
Example #1 A Tag Called " CORE" is used to remind the tech to return the parts to the office when Parts have a Core Charge.
Example #2 A Tag Called " COI needed" is used to message the management to get COI from insurance carrier.
Example # 3 A Tag Called " Part-Direct to Customer" is used to message the customer of parts are heading there way.

We do support setting up automations based on tags.
To configure this, navigate to the Automations section and follow these steps:
- Click 'Add condition'.
- Open the Select property dropdown.
- Choose either Client tag or Job tag.
- Select your specific tag and set your rule.

Boaz Schonherz Does this automation support triggering a text/email if the job is already scheduled and THEN the tag is added? Or will it only be triggered when added to a lead before it has been converted to a job?
