As a Workiz user managing leads from Thumbtack, I rely on fast response times to maintain a high ranking and improve customer engagement. While Workiz currently supports SMS and email auto-replies, it does not allow auto-replies to be sent directly within the Thumbtack messaging system as, for an example, HCP does.
Why This is Important:
- Response Time Matters: Thumbtack prioritizes fast responders in their ranking algorithm. If a response is delayed (especially after hours), it can negatively impact visibility.
- More Efficient Lead Management: Automating first responses through Workiz would help business owners engage new leads instantly, keeping everything centralized.
- Better Customer Experience: Many customers expect a prompt reply within Thumbtack itself, rather than through SMS or email.
Suggested Solution:
Enable Workiz Automations to send a pre-set auto-reply via the Thumbtack messaging system when a new lead is received. This could work similarly to the existing SMS and email automation but would integrate directly with Thumbtack’s chat system.
This feature would provide huge value for business owners who rely on Thumbtack for new leads and want to maintain their top ranking without needing to manually reply at all hours.
