Arrival time when scheduling

When we are creating jobs, we should be able to set an "arrival time." There are many scenarios where we tell the customer that our tech will be there for a 8 to 12 arrival time, but the scope of work is more than the 4 hours. Other platforms have this option, which helps out with scheduling for the day.
