Allow users who are not admins to delete leads

Currently only admins can delete leads. Sometimes a lead needs to be deleted, and cannot be simply marked as lost as this impacts lead conversion rate, and it is a pain for salespeople to have to go to an admin to clear these leads out of the system.

Boaz Schonherz They do have this enabled and after doing some testing with the Workiz support team it was determined that only admins can delete leads
