Currently, for a technician to use the "Make a copy" / "Duplicate estimate" feature on the mobile app, the system architecture requires both the "Add Jobs" and "Other Users Jobs" permissions to be enabled.

This poses a significant data privacy risk. Managers want technicians to be able to quickly copy their own estimates to expedite workflows (e.g., creating multiple options/tiers for a client) without granting them visibility into other technicians' jobs and details.

Requested Change: Please decouple the estimate duplication feature from the broader "Other Users Jobs" permission, allowing users to clone their own estimates based solely on their own data access.
