We often receive requests for quotes from procurement officers and need to keep them informed about when we will perform requested jobs, but automatic notifications need to be sent to end users and their managers as well to ensure all the relevant parties are well informed and aware/prepared for our visit. We are receiving customer complaints because this functionality is not yet available to select more than one person from the same customer location.

I see several similar requests. Please confirm if this is currently in development already or if this is scheduled for implementation...if not, I trust that you will strongly consider adding this feature to help ensure trouble free customer visits.
