we have customers that pay us after we leave the service location, and they add a tip without letting us know. we would like a feature where we can add it later on.

Yes, please! We need the option to add a tip when customers pay by cash or check AND it needs to show up on the Tips Report. If we add as a line item to the invoice to make it match the check received, it does not show up on the Tips Report. This is not only a flaw, the end result is that there is no way to find the tip due to the technician that earned it. I've searched all of the feature requests and this has been suggested many, many times. I spent over an hour on the chat help yesterday looking for assistance, a work around, or some way to find these tips after they are recorded this way, to no avail. Please add this option. Thank you!
