Adjustment in Schedule Settings for start of work week -- in order to correspond to pay schedule

My technicians are paid on a Monday-Sunday basis. The only option to view the schedule for Workiz is Sunday-Saturday on both desktop and mobile.
I can change in the timesheets report for how I view my technician's hours. But when they look at their hours it's always Sun-Sat, and it's confusing for them to see the discrepancy in hours.
For instance a technician just showed me 65 hours for last week view his phone, but his paycheck was 49 hours. Off by one long, hard day's work b/c the view of his work week is 'behind' one day compared to our work week. He thought he got shorted on his paycheck. This isn't the first time a technician has been confused by seeing the discrepancy.
My request is to add an option in the Schedule Settings to set the work week differently than the default to whatever a company needs. In my case, Mon-Sun.
