make it the option to be able to bring over the additional contacts to a child client from the parent

as an example, one of my GC's has a accounting @xxxxx.com account that all invoices must be copied to that is an additional contact. if i create a child ticket under that gc , the invoice still must go to that address but that address does not go and has to be added.
