Please allow the existing Labor Cost field to be included in Custom Reports. While the data exists and is used in the overall profitability report and on individual timesheets, it is not currently accessible within the report builder for aggregate reporting.

This prevents users from customizing, filtering, or breaking down labor costs as needed. Enabling this field in Custom Reports would improve reporting flexibility, reduce manual analysis, and provide better visibility into labor performance and profitability drivers.
