Need a way to add expenses that arent done by the workiz card. I have several vendor accounts that i need to be able to add their invoice to jobs for accurate job costing. Even if there is just a manual add feature so i can physically add in my suppliers invoices

Our suppliers are listed as individual Expense line items in the price book. To make it easier to find each account they all start with "MATERIALS -" Supplier Name. In the description we add the invoice date, number & part if multiple from same supplier to cross reference if needed. Its easy to track on the invoice and you can see it on the job costing. Hope this helps!
