Feature Request – Internal Cost & Payout Tracking in Invoices

Hi Workiz Team,
I’m reaching out with a feature request that would greatly improve how we manage project finances in our CRM system.
We would like the ability to track internal costs and payouts directly within each invoice, or at least link them in some way. Specifically, we’re looking for a way to:
• See how much money was collected from the customer,
• Track how much we paid to the vendor or subcontractor who performed the work,
• And calculate our net profit per job — ideally in the same place or a linked view.
This would help us manage job-level profitability without needing to rely on external spreadsheets.
Please let me know if this is possible or if there’s a workaround we can implement for now.

Daily P & L / Expenses tracking

I would love to see a way to track our business expenses and P & L sheets, It would be great if truck teams could enter that data and sync it with the jobs for that day, keeping this data in workiz would be a game changer for our company, as we consistently track fuel, dump fees, truck maintenance fees, and much more. Keeping this in house would save us loads of time and headache from having to jump to spreadsheets and other data tracking software.
We already implement a P&L sheet but having this info readily available would be amazing! I could send you a copy of our current system if that would help.

We should be able to link outside credit cards to Workiz Expenses via an API or something.
I would love to use Workiz Expenses, but the only way to benefit from it is by using Workiz Card...
I don't wanna give up the convenience & benefits of a big bank credit card & QB set up of a bank credit card, yet I would love to use the expenses feature.
A great solution would be able to link my current company card with an API for the Workiz card
