Add equipment info on invoice

When creating my invoice layout in WI, I am unable to add equipment info such as model and serial number to invoice so customer knows what this invoice was for "unit". This would be helpful for customers with alot of different equipment.

I agree 100%, this a plus for HVACR users. I wish service software creators would understand this is needed for this industry and i'm sure others. I myself will sometimes have to work on 2 or 3 pieces of equipment on per ticket. Having to type on a invoice everytime is a pain.... Please Workiz get this done. Then promote in your marketing sales and your going to find a lot of HVAC companies signing up!!
