Add custom fields to REPORTS!!!!

We need to be able to add custom fields to our reports! Especially for leads. Being unable to do so decreases the utility of the custom fields by at least 100%

I had made a post on this as well! It's ridiculous that they aren't trackable with reports, almost makes them pointless. I've been using them just so when this feature comes available.
