We'd like to follow up with an email after we send an estimate to a lead. However, it does not have the ability to add the assigned tech name in the email or text. We also use this feature to notify admin when an estimate has been signed, but with 5 sales reps we do know who it belongs to. The 'assigned tech' short code exists in Job type automations, but not in the Estimate automations.

The other issue here, which I should probably start a different thread, is that we use Sales Proposals. So when we send the entire proposal (which most of the time it has 3 or more estimate) this triggers 3+ times! Which makes no sense. If I send one individual estimate or proposal, it should trigger this automation only once!
