The Reports → Job Statistics → Dispatcher Performance report is currently missing jobs that originate as leads, making the report inaccurate and unreliable for calculating dispatcher performance pay/commissions.

When a lead is converted into a job, the user who performs the conversion is not assigned as “Created By.” Since Dispatcher Performance relies on this field, these jobs are excluded from the dispatcher’s results.

The same problem occurs in Performance Pay when using the commission rule “Created by a user” — converted leads are not counted because no “Created By” user is assigned.

Requested change:

When a lead is converted into a job, automatically assign the user who performed the conversion as “Created By,” or at least allow us to manually assign/overwrite the dispatcher responsible for the job, similar to assigning technicians (“Field Team Members”).

This would make both Dispatcher Performance and Performance Pay accurately account for jobs converted from leads.
