As title says, would be HUGELY beneficial to automate custom document deliveries

Are there any plans to update this? Over a year wit no traction on a very important part of the workflow. I was sold on WorkIz based on the ability to add custom documents and make sue of automation. It seems like there has been no progress made in quite some time though.

Yes! I need this also. Based on the job type or tags or equipment, etc, I need to send follow up documentation to clients and this would be a game changer.

As it is now the ability to create other custom documents has very little functionality due to not being able to automatically generate and deliver them.

We could even use this to be able to generate reports, checklists, etc, and have them automatically attach to specific job type invoices or work orders if a Few changes were made to the functionality of custom documents
