We would like to request a feature enhancement that would significantly improve the efficiency and professionalism of our job documentation process.
Currently, our technicians must complete certain job-related questionnaires and checklists on printed paper, then take photos and upload them manually to the job file. While this workaround functions, it creates unnecessary steps and results in documents that appear less professional when sent to our clients.
To streamline our workflow and improve the customer experience, we are requesting the ability to create, attach, and complete digital forms directly within Workiz jobs.
Requested Functionality:
The ability to attach custom digital forms (checklists, questionnaires, inspections, etc.) to specific jobs.
Technicians should be able to fill out and submit these forms digitally within the Workiz mobile app.
Once completed, the form data should be easily shareable with clients—either as a PDF, embedded report, or formatted summary.
Ideally, forms should be customizable so we can tailor questions to different job types and service needs.

Efficiency: Eliminates the need for printed paperwork, photos, and uploads.
Accuracy: Ensures cleaner, more consistent documentation without handwritten forms.
Professionalism: Allows us to send clients polished, structured digital reports rather than images of handwritten notes.
