To have the ability to download select multiple or a select all function for the tech uploaded pictures. It's a hassle to select the download button for every picture especially if it's a commercial job with 500 pics. Please work on this function cause its desperately needed.

There's no way to easily download all files attached to a work order, it has to be done one by one.

Make a feature where users can easily download all images in bulk, or at least have the option to select multiple images from multiple jobs at once.
Many of us use these images for social media, marketing, and SOP's
the current method is absolutely not possible for a company at scale to access the images from the jobs.

We would like to be able to download all of the photos take for a job at one time so we don't have to click on each photo. This will save me because we have jobs with over 100 photos.

Luke Trefny we have some property management companies that have their own portal. So, we actually have to download out of Workiz and we put them in Google drive so I can upload into the property mgmt portal.

Elizabeth True dat. We have this with property managements as well. work orders scheduled on their web portal, completion marked on their portal, document all with pictures .

We could REALLY benefit from this!! It’s a nightmare to try to go through dozens of images attached to a job, or to download them one by one so that we can send proof of the job completion to a client.

The Gutter Captain: Yes it has been a major headache for us as we service a decent volume of customers and each job can require sometimes up to 50 photos. To access these photos again, it is taking us way too much time since we can't access some type of database and bulk download them. I really hope they can find a solution soon
